As a financial and strategic expert, Scott’s background in Management Accounting and extensive experience in strategy enable him to seamlessly bridge the gap between strategy, operations, and finance. His technical skills include interpreting financial data, defining competitive advantages, and simplifying complex concepts for effective execution.
Scott is an award-winning MBA graduate and accomplished CPA accountant who has held positions in Australia and globally. He equips leaders with enhanced business understanding, enabling them to make informed decisions through accessible, practical methods.
Drawing from his journey of transitioning from an accountant to a Director of Finance, Scott understands the intricacies of leadership and the importance of making better decisions for long-term success. Darryl Munro, a distinguished leadership development expert boasting over 35 years of experience, commenced his career as a fitter before progressing into leadership roles at Rio Tinto. As an expert in practical strategic execution, leadership development, and navigating dysfunctional teams, Darryl now collaborates with local, national, and international clients across various industries as the Director of Beyond the Numbers.
Throughout his career, Darryl has mentored and guided leaders in companies such as Rio Tinto, Orica, and Endeavour Foundation, enhancing each individual’s abilities and self-assurance.
With extensive technical skills, Darryl excels at identifying competitive advantages, simplifying complex concepts, and fostering cohesive, high-performing teams. He specialises in productivity and teamwork coaching and designing, implementing, and facilitating organisational change. Key focus areas include results-driven productivity coaching, leadership and team coaching, realignment of dysfunctional teams, and business transition and culture change.
With international experience in China, Mongolia, Papua New Guinea, and New Zealand, Darryl has demonstrated his aptitude for shaping the future by cultivating leaders today.
